The Wagner Early Learning Center is located in Wagner, SD in the heart of the SCCD Inc Head Start program service area. The program services between 70 and 80 SCCD Inc preschool students in a fully integrated classroom setting. The Early Learning Center boats 4 highly qualified preK educators with several para professionals assisting staff throughout the day.
